A police probe is continuing into the death of a Doncaster woman described as a ‘beautiful person inside and out’.

The 35-year-old, who has not yet been named, was found unconscious and unresponsive at a property on Thorne Road just before 9.30pm on Saturday, July 11.

She was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.The results of a post mortem, due to have been carried out yesterday, have not yet been released but the death is being treated as suspicious.

A 38-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder remained in police custody last night.

In a tribute posted on Facebook, Samantha Willetts said: “She really was a beautiful person inside and out.”

Kelly Walker added “She really was a beautiful soul.”

Sarah Louise Such described the woman as ‘a beautiful angel’.

She added: “You had a smile on your face, you glowed happiness and energy. You were too good for this world, taken far too young.”
